CevanScents Return Policy

At CevanScents, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

Standard Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom and Final Sale Orders

Please note that all custom order sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission to ensure it meets your needs. Any items sold at a deeply discounted or sale price is not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@cevanscents.com with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable replacement or refund for the damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cevanscents.com, and we will provide you with exchange instructions.
